However, due to the extremely fragile nature of ceramics, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive without minor damage. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products that sustain minor scratches, chipping, or cracks.

* We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

* We do not replace products that are part of an international order.

* To make a request for replacement in case of any damage to any product part of your order, please send photographs of the damaged product to info@clayfingerspottery.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

We only offer order cancellation within 24 hours of receiving the order or before dispatching the order, whichever comes earlier. We do not offer cancellation 24 hours after placing the order or after a product has been dispatched.
